AskAny.ai is a browser AI workspace. This policy explains what data we process, when submitted content is sent through OpenRouter, Fly.io or Composio for features you choose to use, how payments are handled through Stripe, and what controls you have.

You choose the context
AskAny.ai processes the messages, files, media, voice, or other context you choose to submit for a task.
Provider routing is transparent
When you choose an AI model, AskAny sends the submitted prompt and selected context through OpenRouter to the selected downstream model provider using AskAny-managed routing for the standard consumer experience. Model usage is recorded against your AskAny balance.
Delete chats yourself
Delete individual chats or all saved chats from Settings. Their content and associated files are removed from AskAny.ai active systems.
No selling personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We also do not use customer prompts or files to train AskAny-owned foundation models.
What data we process
The data we process depends on the features you use and the context you choose to submit.
Account and billing data
Email address, login metadata, AskAny balance and ledger records, top-up/payment identifiers, billing address or tax identifiers when supplied, receipts/invoice data, and support messages. Payments are handled by Stripe; AskAny.ai does not store full card numbers.
Content you actively submit
Messages, selected files, images and other media, voice/dictation inputs, model outputs, and saved chat history when you use features that require them.
Connected-app data
If you connect an app, Composio handles the connected-account authorization and the tool inputs/results required for actions you request. The underlying external service also processes the relevant request under that service account. AskAny does not treat an app connection as permission to send every chat to that app.
Environment and runtime data
If you create or run an AskAny Environment, project/runtime files, Environment identifiers, configuration, environment variables or secrets required by the runtime, logs, network metadata, and persistent volume data may be processed on Fly.io infrastructure. AskAny only sends runtime data needed for the Environment feature you use.
Technical and security logs
Timestamps, app version, device/browser metadata, IP-derived security signals, error logs, usage counters, abuse-prevention data, consent/cookie preferences, and AI-transparency metadata such as whether an output was generated, materially edited, or subject only to standard editing; the provider/model route; provenance status; and whether a deepfake or public-interest disclosure is required.
Optional analytics
Where required by law, analytics and marketing cookies run only after consent. You can change or withdraw consent using the cookie controls on the website.
AI-generated content and provenance
AskAny.ai classifies image outputs as AI-generated, materially AI-edited, or standard assistive editing. For AI-generated and materially edited images, AskAny.ai embeds a signed machine-readable provenance record before storage and reapplies it during supported copy and download exports.
What the record contains
The record can include an output identifier, timestamp, AskAny.ai as the issuing service, generation or edit classification, selected provider and model, request identifier, disclosure flags, and a tamper-evident signature.
Visible disclosures
The app displays AI-generated or AI-edited labels. Content identified as a possible deepfake receives a stronger visible notice. Public-interest publication drafts may display a notice requiring human review and editorial responsibility before publication.
Standard editing
Operations such as cropping, resizing, background removal, or upscaling may be classified as standard editing when they do not substantially alter the input or its meaning. AskAny.ai may still record that edit classification for transparency without describing the original content as AI-generated.
When content leaves your device
AskAny.ai works best when you attach context. We make that explicit: the selected context is sent only when you submit it to a model, feature, or workflow that requires cloud processing.
You choose the files, media, voice, or chat context
Only the context you choose is included.
You choose the message and model
AskAny identifies the model; OpenRouter determines the downstream model-provider route used for that request.
Context is sent for inference
OpenRouter and the selected downstream model provider apply their respective data-handling terms.
Keep it or permanently delete it
Saved chats support search and continuity. Delete one chat or all saved chats directly from Settings.
Legal bases, retention, and transfers
Legal bases under GDPR
- Contract performance: account access, billing, AI features, connected apps, Studio, files and Environment functionality you request.
- Consent: optional analytics/cookies and optional product features where required.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and statutory retention duties.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, service reliability.
User-controlled chat retention
Chat history is kept while you choose to keep it for search and conversation continuity. When you delete a chat, AskAny.ai removes its messages and associated files from active application storage.
Requests already processed by an AI provider remain subject to that provider’s terms. Time-limited encrypted backups and necessary account, security, billing, fraud-prevention, and legal records may also remain without the deleted chat content.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Data Processing Agreements, Standard Contractual Clauses, and provider-specific transfer mechanisms.
AI routing, Environments & connected apps
Standard consumer model requests use AskAny-managed OpenRouter routing. AskAny Environments use Fly.io infrastructure when started, and connected apps are authorized through Composio. Those platforms and the selected downstream model, infrastructure, or app service process the data needed for the feature under their applicable terms.
Privacy FAQ
Does AskAny.ai watch my whole screen?+
No. AskAny.ai works with the messages, files, media, voice input, and connected-app context you deliberately submit in the browser.
Are my prompts or files used to train AI models?+
AskAny.ai does not train its own foundation models on your prompts or files. For third-party providers, handling depends on the selected route and agreement. OpenRouter states that it does not use Inputs or Outputs for model training; the downstream model provider selected for a request can have different retention and training practices, so provider-specific terms still matter.
Can AskAny.ai staff access my chats?+
Authorized access is limited to situations such as user-requested support, service reliability, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations, and is restricted to what is reasonably necessary.
Is AskAny.ai suitable for confidential or regulated data?+
Do not submit secrets, third-party confidential data, special categories of personal data, healthcare data, or regulated data unless you are authorized and an appropriate agreement and provider route are in place. Model requests can be processed by OpenRouter and the selected downstream model provider; Environment workloads can be processed by Fly.io; connected-app workflows can be processed by Composio and the authorized external service.
Can I delete my chats without emailing support?+
Yes. Delete an individual chat from the chat interface or use Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete all chats. The selected chat content and associated files are removed from active systems. Some billing, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, and legal records may remain where required.
