Subprocessors and service providers
AskAny.ai works with established providers to operate the service, process payments, deliver email, support optional website analytics, and run the AI models or integrations you choose.
A provider receives data only when its service, model, integration, or website feature is used.
Your submitted context is sent to the model provider selected for that request.
Supported BYOK requests use your provider billing and do not consume AskAny credits.

Core service providers
The data categories shown describe what may be involved when the relevant service is used; they are not sent to every provider on every request.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) Optional website analytics | Understand public website usage and improve product and conversion pages. | Consent-based identifiers, page and event data, browser/device data, and IP-derived signals with IP anonymisation configured. | Loaded only when the required analytics consent has been given. |
Usercentrics Cookiebot Consent management | Record and apply website cookie preferences. | Consent choice, consent identifier, timestamp, domain, and browser/device data. | Consent records are retained as needed to remember and demonstrate the user’s choices. |

AI model and generation providers
Only the provider used for the selected model or feature receives the request. With BYOK, supported requests are sent through your own provider account and do not use AskAny credits.

Provider terms still apply
AI providers apply their own security, retention, abuse-monitoring, and data-handling terms. AskAny.ai uses business/API routes and available no-training controls for managed routes where supported.
BYOK bypasses AskAny credits
When a supported personal key is active, eligible requests are billed directly by that provider and do not deduct from your AskAny credit balance. Your provider account also controls model access, logging, and retention settings.
User-connected services
Connected email and calendar services are used only after the user links an account and requests an action involving that service.
Gmail and Google Calendar for user-requested reading, drafting, sending, and scheduling actions.
Microsoft mail and calendar services for user-requested actions.
User-configured mail and calendar access where supported.
User-supplied mail and calendar services that AskAny.ai supports.
Provider updates
This page is updated when a material service-provider change affects how customer data is processed. Contract customers may request a data processing agreement or additional provider information.
